Taking measurements:WIDTH: Measure the width of the opening to be protected (frame to frame). Possible widths are 30 cm to 900 cm (11 ¾ to 354 ⅜ in) in regular size and 30 cm to 500 cm (11 ¾ to 197 ¼ in) in full-size format.HEIGHT: Measure from ground level to 80 cm (31 1/2 in) high, which is the standard height. If the water level is likely to rise higher, you can go up to a maximum of 150 cm (59 in) high in regular size and up to 300 cm (78 ¾ in) high in full-size format .DEPTH: Make sure you have 6 cm (2 ⅜ in) depth in your opening so that the cushion can rest on the frame. If you do not have it, contact us, we will offer you other solutions.
Note: If your opening is not perfectly parallel, indicate the widest measurement.

We suggest that before placing the order, you request a quote and attach your photos. You can indicate your information and the measurements of your openings by clicking on the button at the top right of the Quote and order site. You will then receive a quote via email within 24 hours.
If you accept it, your order will be automatically registered and you will receive you bill by e-mail.
For the regular model, the height is always 80 cm (31 ½ in) by default or up to 150 cm (59 in). The price will be displayed according to the required size.
For the full-size model, the height and width will correspond to the measurements of your opening.

When you receive confirmation of your order, you will have the option to pay your invoice directly in your email by clicking on the Review and Pay button. Use one of the secure payment methods offered.
You will receive a payment confirmation by email. Allow 6 weeks for delivery. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Installation
Installation Tips
The regular cushion inflates in two parts, for a better seal. When you install your FlowStop, you pre-inflate the top cushion and place it in your opening. Don’t hesitate to force it in since the seal is created to absorb tension. Once in place, you inflate the bottom part. The cushion is then inflated to its maximum so as not to let water through.

Product
The height of the regular model is 80 cm (31 ½ in) to 150 cm (59 in). If you are concerned about the water level rising above the cushion, choose the full-width model which covers 100% of the width and height of your opening.
At the time of production we add between 1 and 3 cm (⅜ in and 1¼ in ) of width excluding joints to ensure maximum waterproofing of the installation. When inflating, the air completely fills your opening and the seals are compressed by the air pressure, this is what ensures the seal.
The FlowStop is custom made and it absorbs 10 mm (⅜ in) of irregularities on the floor and walls.
Where there is no 6 cm (2 ⅜ in) bearing space for the FlowStop to be installed, we offer aluminum framing at an additional cost. Contact us for more information.
Up to 1.50 m wide (59 in), inflation and installation can be carried out by a single person. For larger sizes, two people are recommended.

The pump comes free with your purchase. However, in the event of breakage or loss, inflation is done with a standard or electric pump. The connection tip to use is the same as for inflatable paddle boards and kayaks.
The device weighs between 3 to 12 kg (approximately 3 kg per m2) 6.5 to 26 lbs (approximately 6.5 lbs per 11 pi2).
The ideal inflation pressure is 0.9 bar (13 PSI).

Storage
If flooding or heavy rain is not expected, it is recommended to deflate and store it. You must clean it with clean water to avoid leaving any deposits of material on the surface of the device.
If it has not been used, you must inflate it at least once a year to ensure its condition.
If you need to move it, yes you can roll it or fold it. For long term storage, it is best not to keep it rolled or folded as this could damage the seals.
It is not recommended to store your FlowStop in a place where the temperature is below freezing, nor is it recommended to leave them in your openings all winter.

Do you have a basement? Equip yourself with a sump pump, a submersible pump and a generator. Make sure you have ordered a FlowStop for your garage drain. Store everything on the ground up high. Install your FlowStop in your openings.
